Cheese Tortelini with Olive Tapenade

6 oz of Olive Harvest

Chese filled tortelini

Grated Parmasan or Romano cheese
Directions: Cook tortelini, drain, plate the tortelini and add the
Olive Harvest in 3 oz portions on top of the pasta, drizzle a little olive oil on the pasta and add your garnish,
and serve hot.
