|| Sliced bread with tapenade and cheese ||
Ingredients:
- Traditional Olive Harvest
- Bagguett bread (sliced)
- Cream cheese or other sliced cheese
Directions:
Spread cream cheese or slice cheese on bread then apply a dollop of your favorite tapenade (traditional, Jalapeno
or Sun-dried tomato) and serve.

|| Stuffed Mushrooms with tapenade ||
Ingredients:
- 4oz Sun-dried tomato Olive Harvest
- Whole Mushrooms 6-8
- 2oz bread crums
- 2Parmasan or Romano cheese grated
Directions:
Prepare mushrooms by removing the stems, then in a bowl mix the tapenade, the bread crums and the cheese until blended.
stuff the caps and add a little olive oil around the outside of the caps. Broil 4-5 minutes or until done.

|| Creamy tapenade dip ||
Ingredients:
- 6oz Traditional Olive Harvest
- 8oz Cream cheese or other queso
Directions:
Combine tapenade and cheese in a bowl and blend well. Serve room temperature with club crackers, baguette bread or chips.
